Mike has been a founding board member and the Chief Financial Officer for
Growing Good Inc. since the firm’s inception. As a certified public
accountant, he has nearly three decades of experience in finance and
accounting leadership across a variety of industries including non-profit,
social impact, entertainment, professional sports, blockchain technology,
real estate, video games, family office, and database software both
domestically here in the US and throughout Western Europe.  Mike began his
career in public accounting conducting and leading audits for corporate and
non-profit clients through the firm Green, Hasson, and Janks that specialize
in providing tax and advisory services to non-profits, entertainment, media,
food and beverage, and health and wellness companies. Since then, he has
served in executive finance roles for premier privately held and public
companies including McCourt Global LLC, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and
Activision.  During his career he has led the establishment of financial
systems, compliance, and building accounting teams for the Los Angeles
Marathon, 501(c)3 non-profits Project Liberty and Think Cure, Unfinished
Labs, and numerous real estate and technology ventures.  Mike earned a
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University
and resides in Los Angeles.
